MagCase, Tough, Slim or Clear?
MagCase is the Tough case with the MagSafe ring built in. Tough is the same two-part case without magnets. Slim is one thin piece. Clear shows the phone through, printed on the back only, with or without MagSafe. Slim and Clear are $44.99, Tough is $49.99, MagCase and Clear MagSafe are $54.99.
Does it work with wireless charging?
Yes. Wireless (Qi) charging works through every case type where your phone supports it. MagCase and Clear MagSafe also align with MagSafe chargers.
Does it work with MagSafe accessories?
MagCase and Clear MagSafe have the magnet ring, so MagSafe chargers, wallets and car mounts snap on. Tough, Slim and Clear have no magnets.
Does the case make the phone hot?
No. The print is part of the shell surface, not an extra layer. If your phone runs hot under load, that is the phone, not the case.
How well is the camera protected?
A raised lip around the camera keeps the lenses off the table on every case type.
How much protection does it give?
MagCase and Tough are a hard polycarbonate shell over a TPU liner, made for everyday drops. Slim and Clear favour a thin profile. None of them is a tank.
What is it made of?
A polycarbonate outer shell with a TPU inner liner on MagCase and Tough, one polycarbonate piece on Slim, and a clear polycarbonate back with TPU edges on Clear. The print is dye-sublimated into the surface, so it is part of the case, not a sticker on top.
When will my order arrive?
We print and ship it in 2-4 business days, then it spends 3-5 business days in the post. Expect it in 5-9 business days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
What if I don't like it?
You get your money back. Every order has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for the case. You don't need to send it back. One money-back refund per customer, and shipping costs are not refunded.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
We reprint it for free. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
What is Reprint cover?
An optional add-on for $4.99 per order, offered in your bag. If the print on a case wears out within 12 months (fading, peeling or cracks), we reprint that case once for free.
